Love or hate ? - Color Mania !!

Love or Hate?

Does color really sounds fashionable , well leave us comments on what do you think on "If guys can carry off colored silhouettes and work their way out in day to day lives."

Guest post featuring Rohit Sareen to acknowledge him on his sense of style and knowledge about fashion

Creating a guest post often brings with it a period of internal reflection and evaluation. Today, we apply these practices to those men in the public eye – considering and evaluating their style credentials over the past year to produce this and help you readers in being yourself and sailing away in a journey to create a unique sense of style and fashion .
the process was long and arduous – but after much deliberation we managed to create a story about this 26 year old guy from Delhi whose life is all about fashion and being stylish.

Rohit Sareen: Rohit’s wardrobe is statement laden, carried off with confidence and a terrific advert for Italian style. Really smartened up his look well, only a few people can pull off the flamboyant shirts and tailoring Rohit does, but he narrowly misses out. His eclectic, eccentric and trend-led attire has delivered him the highest of plaudits. An unrivalled blend of high fashion and streetwear, able to switch between tailoring and trainers effortlessly, his fashion-forward style often plays with cut and fit, creating some dramatic and unique silhouettes – definitely one to watch for and the main reason for us to write about this undiscovered fashion icon.
Italian style is much more eclectic than many people come to assume, with regional nuances adding variety and characterising local tastes.

“Why change? Everyone has his own style. When you have found it, you should stick to it.”
― Audrey Hepburn

It wasn't only Sareen's  clothing that came into our notice – his grooming has also been top notch, whatever one does or say appear to be without effort and almost without any thought about it”, relies on attention to detail.
Dedicating time to think and experiment with outfit ideas is the key to looking stylish without any apparent effort. Just as important is the careful selection of elements or ‘rules of styles’ to be broken, so as to conceal your unruly antics.
There is a difference between knowing the rules and breaking them, and not knowing the rules and breaking them. Sareen here often signifies a well dressed man, as the rules are broken in good taste and for good reason.
Sareen's style is indefinable; some of the looks he puts together are so individual to him that very few – if any – could pull them off.

Confidence is imperative in relaying to others that you are comfortable in your clothes. Entertain a simple equation: the more flamboyant the attire of x is, the more confident x has to be.
He wears a suit like a second skin and you can expect him to appear nothing short of pristine at formal events. He’s also stripped back his casual wear and now concentrates on artfully layering classic pieces, using accessories to individualise his ensembles. Quite frankly, it’s becoming harder and harder to find fault in any of his looks

First impressions are everything; life moves quickly and there isn’t going to be time for you to get to know every single person you meet, nor will you have the opportunity to be a “you’ll like me when you get to know me” person all the time. When you are applying for a job, handing out CVs, meeting someone new, meeting the parents, visiting a long lost relative or even just walking down the street, in every situation that requires human interaction, assumptions WILL be made in the first few seconds. It is often said that our style – our image – is a direct reflection of our personality. You might be very extroverted, excitable and energetic; your style could represent this with bright colours, bold patterns or just a desire to wear something unique and individual. On the other hand you might be more conservative, reserved and quiet, preferring to wear clothes that are simple and muted, but very classic. This is certainly true to an extent, but I personally believe that what you wear stems more from the people around you and the situation you happen to find yourself in – it is more of a social schema than a personal reflection.

All those men who walk around dressed the same, acting the same and looking the same aren’t doing it because they all have exactly the same personalities; they do it because they think it looks good. But Rohit Sareen is one personality who is i guess born with a great sense of aesthetics and knowledge about style and maybe will create a revolution in fashion one day .

As readers of this blog there is no doubt that you take your appearance very seriously. You recognise the importance of careful groom and good dressing; you can understand the impact this has on your life and you are always looking to improve and maintain.
But we are all guilty of becoming a little too stagnant, prejudiced and quick to dismiss. I certainly do it, but the more I think about it; the more articles I read and the more I talk to people on the forums, the more I want to experiment and try – I’m even looking at the more outlandish prints.
However, I have waffled for far too long, so it’s time for your say:

  • What do you dress for? Who do you dress for?
  • Would you agree that we dress more for the people around us than our personality?
  • Do you think it is important to be able to appreciate at least some element on other styles?
  • What do you think marks your style out from everybody else?
  • What does your style say about you?

  • Go ahead be unique.

“Fashion is a language that creates itself in clothes to interpret reality.”
    ― Karl Lagerfeld
